Very small businesses would not benfit. The smaller the business, the more broad the talent needs to be because people need to fill in for each other from time to time. If you have a business of 10 people, each with a specialized task, the business is in trouble when one of those people leaves or even gets sick for a day. I once witnessed a situation in the building I work in where at a Chinese food restaurant had a cashier who just didn't show up to work one day. The only other person working who could speak any English at all was one of the Chefs, and he had never worked the cash register.
