GNU Free Documentation License How do I preserve a childhood growth chart? Q. The growth chart has been tracked for twenty years and we're finally repainting the wall. But my mother doesn't want to lose the pen marks of the growth chart that's on the wall. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to preserve the growth chart? We could draw a line around it and just paint around it but we're looking for something more creative! Any suggestions are welcome! Asked by littlebaker - Sat Jun 21 01:49:49 2008 - - 1 Answers - 0 Comments A. I would make a copy of it. Perhaps use tracing paper, matching the ink colour if possible. Another option would be to use some sort of clear plastic, or even plexiglass. You would then frame the copy somehow, and your mum could put it on her wall as a remembrance. You know what would be REALLY nice? Find small photos of the children at whatever ages they were on the chart, and stick them to the copy you made. Then she can see how you grew up, both in stature and in looks. Answered by Kate H - Sat Jun 21 02:11:30 2008 How can I encourage leaf growth on a young crab apple tree? Q. The new crab apple tree I planted had a lot of leaves and blossoms when I purchased it, but by the time it was delivered, most of the leaves had died due to a cold stretch. Is there anyway that I can encourage leaf growth throughout the summer? It's fairly tall already- probably 6-7 feet. Q. I'm a 14 year old male and I haven't hit my growth spurt yet and I'm 5'7" and a half and I want to reach 6'0". Is it possible? My dad is 6'1" my mom is 5'8" my grandpa is 6'4" and my grandma is 5'8" and all the men in my family have hit 6'0". Is it possible for me to reach it and how much can I grow during my growth spurt? Asked by Awesome - Mon Jun 29 14:51:15 2009 - - 1 Answers - 0 Comments A. Yes you have hit your growth spurt or else you wouldn't be 5'7.5" unless you got some form of Giantism lol, an adolescent grows on average 4 inches a year from age 14-16, so I think it is safe to say you will grow over 6', probably like around 6'3".
